Delivery via different channels is possible

There is one central access point on our platform to send all your invoices; Certipost takes care of the delivery on paper or electronically. We help you to persuade customers to switch to electronic invoicing. That way, they can profit from cost reducing advantages too. We also take care of the paper flow: we print the paper invoices and deliver them to your customer by post.

Depending on the volume of invoices your customer receives from you, we propose one of the following solutions:

  • An integrated solution is proposed to customers who receive a lot of invoices from you. A connector is installed that connects their ERP or accounting system with our communication platform.   • Smaller customers, who you send less invoices, or for whom the integrated solution is less suitable, can download the invoices free of charge from a secure online mailbox. More information: Certipost Bizmail ONEway.

  • Customers who have not switched to electronic invoicing, receive paper invoices by post.

Roll-out to your customers is included

Your Outbound Invoicing solution includes a customised programme to connect your trading partners: ConnectONE. Every customer will receive the necessary attention and support to start using electronic invoicing efficiently and easily. Documentation, support and helpdesk facilities are provided. Appropriate training can be provided once the connection is set up. The more customers are connected, the greater the savings.

Large and open platform

85,000 companies are connected to our communication platform. It is therefore quite likely that a significant number of your customers are already connected. Certipost has agreed upon interconnections with other electronic invoicing service providers which means you can send invoices to customers who work with a different service provider via your connection with our CertiONE communication platform.

Archiving of your outbound invoices

All your outbound invoices are kept in a secure online archive. The invoices can be consulted at any moment. We archive them for the statutory retention period.
