Features
As an entrepreneur you are legally required to keep invoices, payslips, employment contracts and other administrative documents for a number of years – some even for lifetime. This obligation also applies to electronic documents.
Legal archive
Certipost offers you e-Archiving: a legal long-term archive on the internet, in which you can store all the electronic invoices and other documents you exchange via the CertiONE platform. Both the sender and the recipient can access the archived documents, if stipulated in the contract. Certipost e-Archiving uses advanced technology to guarantee the authenticity of origin and the integrity of content of the documents. The archiving service is 100% compliant with the EU directive, as well as with the national laws on the electronic archiving of invoices that apply in all member states.
