The Certipost e-Siging web service enables you to quickly and easily apply legally binding electronic signatures. To make sure you get the full benefit from e-Signing, we offer you several possibilities for integrating the solution into your workflow, ranging from easy web integration to an entirely custom-built solution.
- Easy intranet integration:
You can buy a Multi Use Volume Pack from the Certipost web shop and simply publish the code as an icon on your intranet, giving all your employees access to e-Signing without any hassle. There are no set-up costs involved. All it takes is 5 minutes of your web designer’s time.
- Adaptable GUI:
If you would like the e-Signing application to have the same look and feel as your website, we can build you a version that carries your own company branding. It is recommended to co-brand this personalised version with the Certipost logo in order to maintain the trust image.
- Full integration with your workflow:
Seamlessly integrating the e-Signing web service into your workflow can increase substantially user benefits. It might, for instance:
- avoid that the user first needs to download a document from your site and then upload it to e-Signing;
- ensure that signed documents are automatically delivered to your organisation, i.e. to (a) specific person(s) or directly into your back-office system;
- allow you to verify signed documents automatically (possibly in batch)

- Use of special certificates:
If you use a special type of certificate, related specific data can be added to the electronic signature:
- Community certificates (e.g. professional associations):
Information about the membership of the certificate holder to that particular community can be included in the electronic signature.
- Professional certificates:
The Certipost e-Certificates for professional use certify the link between the certificate holder and the company he or she works for. When signing a document via Certipost e-Signing, the employer will be mentioned in the signature.
- Server signing for your organisation:
If you want to automate document signing, Certipost can provide your organisation with Legal Person Certificates. These certificates can be stored on an HSM (Hardware Security Module) and be used for server signing from one of your applications.
- Online archiving of signed documents:
Your signed documents can be archived within the Certipost legal archive
- Document Delivery products and solutions:
Once the documents have been signed, they need to be delivered to the right person or organisation. Certipost offers you a wide range of products and solutions for the safe delivery via the CertiONE platform (for B2B communications) or via myCertipost (for B2C communications).
