The electronic communication platform CertiONE

CertiONE is the protected and centralised platform for exchanging documents via the internet. e-Invoicing is the exchange of electronic invoices between business partners via this protected and legally compliant platform.

There are various different ways of connecting to the platform

• Bizmail: this is the online access for small businesses. The customer has access to his documents via a website protected with a user name and password.


• Bizconnect: access via a gateway developed by Certipost between the existing back office of the customer and CertiONE. The connector enables outgoing and incoming invoices to be processed automatically in the accounting or ERP system. The connector also handles the exchange of the documents.
  In addition to the above-mentioned connection possibilities, Certipost has also contracted scanning and printing providers, other e-Invoicing providers and sector-specific platforms. Thus building a bridge so that businesses connected on various platforms can communicate with each other via CertiONE.

Integration in existing accounting packages

• Format types: business partners can exchange invoices in various formats with each other and independently of each other. This enables each party to process the invoice details automatically in the existing accounting system in a format of choice.


• Archiving: all documents are stored for one year in an online archive. The user can download these documents and save them locally or opt for an online archive for several years.


• Registration: customers can register spontaneously. Certipost also offers support to businesses who want to roll out electronic invoicing en masse to business partners.
