Certipost renews ISO-certification
In June 2009, Certipost’s quality management system has been certified according to the revised ISO 9001:2008 standard. After a thorough audit of the company’s business processes, Bureau Veritas has concluded that Certipost meets the strict requirements of the internationally recognised quality standard.
Quality and customer satisfaction are key drivers at Certipost, the specialist in secure electronic document exchange. The company therefore makes continuous efforts to further improve its services.
“The ISO certification validates our structured process approach,” says Heiko Unterstab, Quality Manager at Certipost. “The audit process is an important cornerstone of our approach and activities. It keeps us alert and serves as a useful tool for constantly fine-tune our way of working”. Certipost holds an ISO certificate since 2006.
As a service provider, Certipost values objective quality standards very highly. Earlier this year, the company has achieved SAS 70 Type I accreditation for the internal control measures it has in place to guarantee the stability of its CertiONE platform. “Such globally recognised qualifications give our customers assurance of the high quality of our solutions and services. Organisations can outsource their entire electronic document exchange process to us with complete peace of mind,” concludes Unterstab.
