Agami sends 7 out of 10 invoices via Certipost

Agami has connected to the Certipost electronic invoicing service, and with great succes. The IT accessories distributor sends nearly 70% of its invoices to its resellers via the Certipost e-communication platform.

“We wanted to quickly be able to create and send as many invoices as possible in a fully automated fashion,” says Jan Coddens, webmaster at Agami. “To achieve this goal, we decided to work with Certipost as a technology partner.” Certipost's experience in secure electronic document exchange dates back to 1995.

Thanks to paper-free invoicing, companies can work more quickly, securely and cost-effectively. Moreover, they are contributing to a cleaner environment. “The fact that we would be helping to reduce paper waste was also a decisive factor for us to opt for electronic invoicing,” affirms Jan Coddens.
