Accent Jobs For People opts for Certipost e-Contracting

Following the successful introduction of the electronic payslip, the temporary employment and recruitment agency Accent Jobs For People (www.accent.jobs) is looking to further reduce its paper flow. That is why the company has decided to implement e-Contracting, the new Certipost solution for sending, signing and archiving contracts electronically.

Over the past years, Accent Jobs For People has been sending thousands of electronic payslips via the Certipost platform. Temporary workers who opt for the electronic payslip will receive it in their personal, secure mailbox at www.mycertipost.be. An increasing number of private individuals have a free myCertipost account, which they can use, not only to safely receive and archive invoices and payroll documents, but also to store important documents – such as diplomas, insurance papers or building plans – in an online safe. The subscriber base currently stands at 520,000 users.

Accent Jobs For People now also wants to provide its temporary workers with daily, weekly and monthly electronic contracts via myCertipost. “We are talking about a considerable document flow here - one which we would like to digitise and automate as much as possible,” says Wim Vanhaelemeesch, CIO at Accent Jobs for People. “By expanding our electronic data interchange, we wish to offer our temporary workers a better service, to speed up and streamline our internal processes ,and thus to further reduce our operational costs.”

e-Contracting will be implemented in September 2009. “The electronic signing and archiving of employment contracts are subject to very specific legal requirements,” says Vanhaelemeesch. “Therefore we are pleased that Certipost has developed an innovative solution that is fully compliant with these demands.”
