Overtoom opts for e-Invoicing

Overtoom Internationaal Nederland BV opts for Certipost as e-Invoicing partner. Overtoom has been the largest business-to-business direct mailing organisation in the Benelux for, among others, the speedy delivery of items for the office, warehouse and workshop for the past 60 years. The Overtoom office and distribution centre are centrally situated in Den Dolder, but its activities do not limit themselves to the Netherlands. Overtoom is part of a European group, Manutan International, which consists of 24 organisations in 20 countries, and which employs more than 1,100 people.

Overtoom will be using the Certipost electronic communication platform for its digital delivery of the entire flow of invoices leaving the company. The Certipost e-Invoicing solution sees to the digital delivery to SMEs, multinationals and others. The solution also provides a legal filing system in which the electronic invoices are kept for Overtoom and its customers.

Certipost was established in Belgium in 2002 and is a subsidiary of De Post/La Poste. Certipost has more than 34,000 companies and 400,000 individuals on its platform in Europe. The company has its registered office in Alost and has agencies in the Netherlands and France.
