Your supplier sends paper invoices
You want to work digitally, but some of your suppliers still send paper invoices. We scan the paper invoices and capture the necessary digital data. You can also send us a PDF of the invoices from which we extract the digital data for processing. In this way you receive electronic invoice data you can process directly in your accounting or ERP package. Your inbound invoicing is automated in one go. The more suppliers join your e-project, the more efficiently you work. That is why we help you to persuade your suppliers to join.
Your supplier sends electronic invoices: e-invoicing
Your supplier sends electronic invoices. We will make sure your ERP or accounting package is able to work immediately with the data. It does not matter whether your supplier works with EDIFACT, XML, SAP IDOC or another standard, we can read them all. Electronic invoicing is faster and less prone to errors.
