New CEO for Certipost

Gert Roeckx is the new CEO of Certipost, the subsidiary of the Belgian Post Group specialised in electronic document exchange and protection. He will succeed Dirk Matheussen, who has been the acting CEO since the departure of Stijn Vander Plaetse.

Gert Roeckx holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Sciences and has worked at Ricoh since 1993, where he has held several key positions in sales and marketing. During the past eight years, in his capacity as Director of Advanced Solutions, he has specialised in the document management field. He has contributed greatly to a new market approach in which Ricoh has evolved from a traditional hardware vendor to a total solution provider. As such, he has gained extensive experience and knowledge in both paper and electronic document exchange.

Gert Roeckx will start his new role as CEO of Certipost on December 1. Dirk Matheussen will then assume his previous position as CIO at the same company.
